TeenCanteen lead singer follows her first solo effort with enchanting dream-like escapism

SINCE her band released their debut album two years ago, Carla J. Easton has come a long way.

Back then we described Say It All With A Kiss as a ‘perfect blend of light and shade’ and praised TeenCanteen for its pop sensibilities.

And working with Arcade Fire’s Funeral producer Howard Bielerman has saw the Glasgow-based musician become more ambitious after 2016’s maiden effort Homemade Lemonade – released under the name ETTE.

Indian sensation Raghu Dixit to play Glasgow


The singer-songwriter plays St Lukes on March 2

RAGHU Dixit has already taken the Indian music scene by storm and is now aiming to translate his popularity there into UK success.

He has fetaured on the front cover of Rolling Stone in India, twice, and has already appeared at Glastonbury and on Jools Holland where he was described as having “a marvellous sound”.
