Representing the label on the night will be two of its key family members in the form of a set from boss Anja plus one from Ray Okpara (an artist whose roots lie half in Nigeria represents today what we understand as house with his percussion, drifty hypnotic beats and great touch of soul). Also joining them will be US badman and Get Physical producer Kris Wadsworth, who plays everything from weird house to dark techno and recently released a great L.P, plus And.ID, another great Get Physical act who define the modern tech-house scene with ease. Last but not least is Shaun Reeves, the Detroit man who is a key part of the Visionquest DJ production and label collective. As such Shaun very much defines the modern house and techno landscape with extra focus on melody, seductive groove and psychedelic moods. As a DJ he is a peerless selector who can really tell a musical tale over the course of the evening so expect special things on the night.
The hugely influential duo will take to the stage to perform an exclusive five hour set which will see Deep Dish take the crowd through a musical master class whilst testing the capabilities of this illustrious venue. Following an unforgettable reunion show at Miami’s Ice Palace as part of WMC and another heralded Essential Mix, Deep Dish are ready to show the world how it’s done. Further headline performances this summer at Space Ibiza’s Opening Fiesta and Exit Festival’s 25,000 capacity dance arena have served to increase demand around their appearances yet further
